We contacted them and booked our trip from Montego Bay to Negril. Received a call and email reminder before our trip. The driver was waiting on time, nice clean car and very good driving experience. Also on pick up, we received email notification the day before and on the morning of our trip. Driver was there on  time and the drive back was very smooth. My wife and I just visited Couples Negril for the first time. We got a recommendation for Luxurious Carib Tours & Taxi Service from return customers and took their word for it. So glad we did. We booked a private round-trip drive with Andre, and they delivered flawlessly. Had two different drivers, to and from, and both were awesome!! Communication was spot on as well. Our experience with Luxurious Carib Tours & Taxi Service was amazing! We paid for round trip taxi service to our hotel in Negril. Their vehicles were very clean and they were quick! Andre was exceptional to work with. He called us the day before to confirm everything and give us easy directions on how to meet them at the airport. It made our life so much easier! Our drivers, both to and from were great! Very friendly! In fact, we accidentally gave our driver too much money when tipping on the way home and realized it once we got home! It was a significant amount of cash and the driver contacted Andre right away to let him know. He contacted us as soon as he could to let us know and he was able to get the money back to us!! I used Luxurious Carib Tours & Taxi Service for my recent trip to Jamaica. These guys were awesome! They were there waiting for us when we arrived to take us to our resort and were promptly there 15 minutes early to pick us up to return to the airport. They were checking in throughout the ride to make sure we were comfortable. They’re a great shuttle service and I will use them again next time I’m in Jamaica. The price was great, $160 round trip, and it was an hour and a half drive to the resort. My friends elected to take a resort shuttle and it took them at least 2 hours longer to arrive because they had to wait for the shuttle to arrive and had to stop at other resorts along the way. Simply the Best! Feb 2025 • Family I have been using Luxurious Carib Service for many years now for my transport needs to and from Negril. Andre is very prompt responding to emails, very detailed regarding arrangements for pickup, and accommodating whenever I need to make changes regarding flight times or passengers. He went out of his way to make calls when I thought I had lost an item in the vehicle, which I later on found. The Drivers are Professional, Friendly and very skilled.
